Do you provide consultations outside Canada?
Yes. Many consultations can be completed remotely using floor plans, photographs, compass information and video meetings.
Do I need an architectural floor plan?
Not necessarily. A clear real-estate floor plan or accurately drawn layout may be sufficient for many consultations.
Can you evaluate a house before I buy it?
Yes. Pre-purchase Feng Shui assessment is one of our core services.
Can you compare several houses?
Yes. Multiple-property comparison can be arranged depending on the number and complexity of the properties.
Can a consultation replace an architect, engineer, doctor, lawyer or financial adviser?
No. Feng Shui and BaZi consultations provide perspectives based on traditional Chinese practices and are not substitutes for licensed architectural, engineering, medical, legal, financial or other regulated professional advice.
Do you guarantee a particular financial, health or relationship outcome?
No. Feng Shui and BaZi consultations do not guarantee specific future events or outcomes. Recommendations should be considered alongside your own judgment and appropriate professional advice.
